Credit for Content Please do not credit for unedited or raw content unless specified.

Rescheduling The client must communicate any need to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Late rescheduling may incur additional fees.

Post-Production Responsibility We are not responsible for any post-production alterations or how images/videos are used by clients or third parties after delivery.

Express Shoots

Setup Time Setup time is not included in the shoot duration. The shoot time starts from the first shot taken.

Creative Input Any examples or inspiration must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. Creative input during the shoot is encouraged.

What's Included: Express Shoots are short, one-off photo or video sessions, distinct from ongoing package clients. They're best suited to clients who need quick turnaround content without an ongoing arrangement. ‍

Payment Terms Payment is required upfront before the shoot is confirmed and scheduled, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ‍

Content Scope The number of images/videos delivered depends on what's realistically achievable within the booked shoot duration. Please plan your shot list and come prepared. Shoot time lost to poor planning or lack of preparation is the client's responsibility. Leniency is provided where delays are caused by a genuine error on our part. ‍

Delivery of Assets Final edited assets are delivered on the day via a client-provided SSD or laptop with sufficient storage (at least 50GB). Raw footage will not be uploaded to cloud storage unless completely necessary.

Cancellation Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full session cost, to cover the reserved time. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will not be charged.

Space Hire‍ ‍

What's Included Space Hire is the rental of the gym to other photographers, videographers, and content creators for their own independent shoots.

We are not present as a photographer/videographer during hire bookings, and we are not responsible for the content created, or for any talent, subjects, or third parties the hirer brings on-site. ‍

Booking & Payment Space Hire must be booked and paid in full in advance to confirm a reservation. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment is received. ‍

Access Hours Space Hire is only available during the gym's closed periods, so bookings don't overlap with regular gym operating hours. Available hire windows can be found here. Access outside these windows is not available, as the gym is in regular operation at all other times. These hours are subject to change if the gym's operating hours change, and hirers will be notified of any updates in advance.‍ ‍

Use of the Space The space, and any included equipment or props, may only be used for the booking. The hirer is responsible for their own subjects, talent, models, and any releases required for their own content. Another Gym holds no responsibility for content produced, or for obtaining consent from any person photographed or filmed during a hire booking. Sub-letting or re-hiring the space to a third party without our written permission is not permitted.

Damage & Liability The hirer is fully liable for any damage caused to the space, fixtures, equipment, or props during their booking. The hirer assumes responsibility for the safety of themselves, their team, and any guests or talent on-site for the duration of the hire, and agrees to indemnify Another Gym against any claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from their use of the space. ‍

Insurance Hirers running commercial shoots (e.g. with talent, models, or crew) are encouraged to hold their own public liability insurance.

House Rules The space must be left in the same condition it was found in, including furniture placement, props, and cleanliness. Smoking, naked flames and paint (unless pre-approved) are not permitted on-site. Any breach of house rules may affect future booking eligibility.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the booking will not be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking forfeit the full hire fee, as the space and time slot are reserved exclusively for the hirer. No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations.

Equipment & Props Unless otherwise agreed, Space Hire covers the physical space and available equipment only, and the hirer is responsible for their correct and careful use.
